CaseWare Africa Success Community | How do I request a Community login?

  Answer:

You may register a new account directly via the Login screen 

• Click on the Login button in the top right of the screen. Alternatively, you may click here to access the Login page.
• On the Login page, click on the Register button.

• Then complete your information in the required fields and ensure the checkboxes at the bottom at ticked before clicking on Next.

If you are still unable to complete the process you may use the following steps to request a Community login:

1. Send an email to support@casewareafrica.com

2. Use the Subject: Request for Community Login
3. In the email please provide us with your:

• Name and Surname
• Company Name
• Caseware Africa Account Number
• Email Address (used for your Community user profile)
• Telephone number
• Reason for the request for community login
