How do I resolve the error which occurs during the CaseWare Cloud merge process?
When troubleshooting CaseWare Cloud Merge error logs, the following needs to be taken into consideration:
- The Area, Problem and Action tabs will give you more clarity on the error. The area will identify what type of entity you are working on, the problem will highlight the issue and the action reflects on the outcome of the error.
In our current scenario, time entries were captured however the relevant staff member and client were later made inactive. Resolution:
- The entries which were captured were still ‘active’, as a result we are encountering the error messages above. In order to resolve the issue the entries will have to be completed/billed.
