FAQ

How Do I Resolve Error 101?

Published:  24/10/2016

  Answer:

The error could be happening due to the incorrect authorisation code being entered or you could be on the incorrect version of Caseware Working Papers.
Enter the correct authorization code. Please note authorisation codes are case-sensitive.
Also, ensure you are on the correct Caseware Working Papers version.

If you do not have the authorisation code, please contact your company's Caseware Champion or Renewal Contact.
Your champion would need to log into the community and go to the “My Software” section. There you will find your firm’s Download and Authorisation codes.
