How Do I Resolve Error 16?

  Answer:

The error could be happening due to the incorrect authorisation code being entered.
Enter the correct authorization code. Please note authorisation codes are case sensitive. 
If you do not have the authorisation code, please contact your company's Caseware Champion or Renewal Contact. 
Your champion would need to log into the community and go to the “My Software” section. There you will find your firm’s download and authorisation codes.
