How do I set a staff member to be a manager or partner over a client?
 

  Answer:

  • Navigate to Setup | Clients

  • Select the client and navigate to the Staff tab.

  • Select the staff member under the Manager or Partner option – depending on whether the staff member will be the manager or partner over the client.
  • If a message is displayed (Change? Will change all references) – click on Yes – This will update all entries for the client with the new Manager’s/Partner’s ID.

  • Alternatively, you can create a client monitor report and select a Partner/Manager for each client on the report.
    • Document Type : Clients
    • Format: Monitor
