I have received a notification "no documents selected", how do I resolve this?
I have attached a document to my Document Set
but I receive a “No document selected
” notification when I click the Process
The above error occurs when a document is attached to a batch set but the Properties
are changed thereafter from document manager.
- Closed the Client Batch Email screen and navigate to the Document Manager
- Select the document from the list of documents on the Document Manager screen
- Right click on the document and select Properties (BI.9 in this example- Billing from WIP invoice)
- In the Properties screen change the Format to Client
- Click Apply to save the changes
- With the document properties now updated, navigate back to the Client Batch Email screen
- Select the document from the Document Set
- Click Remove
- Include the updated document to the document sets by using the Add button, then Process the batch email
