 I have received a notification "no documents selected", how do I resolve this?

I have attached a document to my Document Set but I receive a “No document selected” notification when I click the Process button.
The above error occurs when a document is attached to a batch set but the Properties are changed thereafter from document manager.


  • Closed the Client Batch Email screen and navigate to the Document Manager 
  • Select the document from the list of documents on the Document Manager screen
  • Right click on the document and select Properties (BI.9 in this example- Billing from WIP invoice)

  • In the Properties screen change the Format to Client 
  • Click Apply to save the changes
  • With the document properties now updated, navigate back to the Client Batch Email screen

  1. Select the document from the Document Set
  2. Click Remove 
  3. Include the updated document to the document sets by using the Add button, then Process the batch email
