CaseWare Working Papers | How do I resolve Installation Error - TIMEDOUT?

When installing my CaseWare Working Papers via the cloud installer I get an Installation Error – TIMEDOUT, how can I resolve this?

  Answer:

  1. You will require a registration.txt file to complete the manual registration process
  2. You will need to request this file from our support department:
  3. This file will then be created and provided  to you
  4. Once you have received this file, create a folder on the desktop and save the txt file
  5. Select click here to manually register
  6. Then click Choose file and browse to the registration.txt file saved onto the desktop
