When installing my CaseWare Working Papers via the cloud installer I get an Installation Error – TIMEDOUT, how can I resolve this?
- You will require a registration.txt file to complete the manual registration process
- You will need to request this file from our support department:
- This file will then be created and provided to you
- Once you have received this file, create a folder on the desktop and save the txt file
- Select click here to manually register
- Then click Choose file and browse to the registration.txt file saved onto the desktop
