What do I need to know when upgrading to CaseWare Online from a standard instance of CaseWare Working Papers?

As CaseWare Working Papers continues to enhance your experience with the software, so does the functionality that comes with it. At CaseWare Africa we sell CaseWare Working Papers with SmartSync and without. Users that are upgrading to CaseWare Online (that comes with SmartSync), need to reinstall CaseWare Working Papers, ensuring that it is CaseWare Working Papers with SmartSync. Please read the below to ensure that you understand the new installation process.
