Individual Tax Module | How do I resolve a PDF error when printing a report?

After selecting Print in the ITM home screen and then selecting the sections to print, I get the below error message when I click on create report, how do I resolve this?

Specify the settings in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat XI

  1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Adobe Acrobat XI
  2. Select Edit | Preferences
  3. Launch in the Categories list on the left then select Security (Enhanced)
  4. In the Sandbox Protections section select Enable Protected Mode At Startup 
  5. Uncheck Create Protected Mode Log File to record events.

How to specify the settings in Adobe Reader 10

  1. Launch Adobe Reader 10
  2. In Adobe Preferences open menu General
  3. Untick/uncheck the setting Enable Protected Mode at startup
