How do I sync my IRP5 figures with ITM in TaxWare?

Answer:

TaxWare caters for ITM users to copy their IRP5 figures from SARS into their ITR12.

How this is done:

Do a Send \ Receive and once the “Received from SARS” status reads “Issued”

Open ITM by clicking on “Edit ITR12”

User-added image

Click on “SARS Refresh” and the ITR12 will be populated with the IRP5 figures.

Note: The SARS Refresh button has to be GREEN
