I am getting the error below when I attempt to edit an ITR12. How do I resolve it?

Steps to follow:

Open Internet Information Services.
Click on the computer name on the left list.
Double-click on ISAPI Filters.
Modify the ASP.NET_4.0_32bit executable path to not include a double “\”
Click on eFiling | Inbox | Annual Returns Requested Errors

Example of correct path information:

Close IIS Manager and restart IIS from command prompt (Start->Run->iisreset).

You might encounter the warning message below when attempting to edit an ITR12 but just click on No and ITM should open successfully.

Should the issue still persist contact your I.T administrator as this is a system infrastructure issue.
