What is the cause of my Probe document being locked?
The locked sign appears on the Probe document for a number of reasons:
- The document may be opened by another user (Smart Sync Environment)
- The document may be checked out or signed out by another user.
- The Probe license may be expired and you need to update the license on your machine.
- The document may have been marked as read only after sign off using the option available under Tools | Options | Roles
