How can I customize my Share Certificates for SecWare when the document is a read only?

  Answer:

  • The First step is to open any entity and generate a share certificate.
  • You will notice that when you prepare a certificate two word documents will open one being the template and the other is the share certificate for the opened entity.
  • Open the template document.

  • On the insert merge field screen selected the database field radio button, on the list select ID No and click on insert and then click close to exit the window.
