SecWare | How do I consolidate shares into one share certificate?

  Answer:

  • After logging into SecWare Go to Entity. 
  • Call up the Entity you want to transfer shares from.
  • Click on Share Capital.
  • Notice on your left bottom corner, there is a box named ‘I’d like to…’.
  • In that box click Transfer Shares.
  • A Shares Transfer screen will open up.
  • On the Cert no. select the certificate number you are transferring from and where it is going to. Date, Interest/Shares and Contribution are the other fields to complete.
  • Then on the next line if you transferring to the same person and want to use the same share certificate.
  • N.B On the certificate no, select the certificate number you are transfering from and select where the shares\interest is going to before you change anything, change the certificate no. before you edit the Date, Interest/Shares and Contribution, then after changing the  Cert No. is then you can change the rest.
  • After this you will notice that that Save button will be activated allowing you to Save your changes.
