SecWare | How do I convert a company to a CC?

  Answer:

• After logging into SecWare Go to Practice 
• On the left tree view go to Conversions

• After clicking on Conversions | Company to CC you will get this screen
• Select the Company you want to convert from the list

• After you have selected the Company you will be required to fill in the Date, Name, % Interest, Paid and Certificate No. under the Members of new Close Corporation.
• When you are happy with your changes you can Save on the bottom left corner of your screen.

• After saving you will get a Confirm screen like this one below.

• After confirming you will get a screen that the conversion completed successfully and click OK.

• After converting you can call up an entity you have converted and notice on the Entity Type it has changed to Close Corporation
