How do I transfer a Class A shareholder shares to a Class B shareholder?

  Answer:

Note: This report requires you to filter out information to your best requirements.
  • Click the entity you are transferring shares from and click on Share capital.
  • Share capital will give you different share classes that entity has.

  • Once you have share capital, it can be allotted to different shareholders in the company.
  • Select Share allotment tab and allot different share classes.

  • Click on Share Transfer Screen.
  • Note: Share Type must be the one that you want to transfer.

  • You can transfer the share class you want to transfer to the appropriate share holders.
  • Save the changes.
  • Click on Shareholders and open shareholders Screen.
  • On the shareholders screen that where you get a summary of all the share transfer and allotments that you have done.
  • From the screen below we can confirm that Ordinary shares of Class A were transferred to Bernhard.
