TaxWare | How can I successfully send supporting documents to SARS after a failed attempt on TaxWare?

  Answer:

• After attaching the supporting documents, the dot next to the document must turn green.
• The option window below is going to pop up.
• Make sure that the Start with last opened practice is ticked then click close.

• If the dot does not turn green after doing a send\receive you need to check the following:
  • There are other documents on the queue that are blocking the others.
  • To check which documents go to Practice | eFiling | Outbox | Documents Queued for Submission.

• On your right hand side you will see all the documents you had queued already.
• Right-click on the documents and click Undo Submission because you will find that other documents that are in the queue are blocking the other documents.
• Then go back to attach your documents again.
