TaxWare | How do I resolve the Access violation error I receive when bulk emailing Provisional Returns?

I receive an Access violation error when bulk emailing Provisional Returns, How do I resolve this?
Answer:
This error message is a result of un-set/missing permissions on the TaxWare2.exe. file in the Taxware 2009 folder on you local disk drive.
To set/modify the said Permissions:
Navigate to the TaxWare 2009 folder located on your local disk drive as per the path below
C:\Program Files (x86)\TaxWare 2009
Alternatively, copy and paste the path into windows explorer in the path and press enter on your keyboard.
Once you have opened theTaxWare 2009 folder search for the Taxware2.exe file (The file with the Tw logo on it)
Right click on the Taxware2.exe file and select Properties from the list of option
In the Taxware2.exe Properties windows select the Security tab
Under the “Group or user name” section notice that Everyone and Authenticated Users are not on the list.
Click the Edit Button
In the “Permissions For Taxware2.dll” clcik the Add button
In the “Select User, Computers, Services Accounts, or Groups” window, under the Enter the object names to select, type everyone and click Check Names followed by OK.
Follow the same procedure to add Authenticated Users and System to the “Group or User names” list.
Select each Group from the list and ensure that the Full control checkbox has been ticked under the Permissions for everyone section.
Click the Apply then OK to save the changes
Open TaxWare and run the batch email process. Problem should be resolved.
