CloudTax | SARS Sync Known issue (Resolved)
The SARS Sync has been enabled. The provisional returns previously created should be deleted, re-created and then run a sync to ensure that the correct data is being used.
The new Correspondence Errors tab will show all the errors received during the SARS Sync. Please note that we are currently experiencing issues with the Income Tax Statements of Accounts and Provisional Tax Statements of Account. We are working to get this resolved and believe that it should not impact the provisional tax submission process.
