How do I deactivate a license no longer in use?

We understand that there is a need to transfer Caseware license tokens. For example when a computer has been formatted, stolen or a staff member has resigned. These are just some reasons why the License Revocation process was implemented.

Methods of revoking a license token:
  1. Manually - In the case of the PC or laptop which we would like to deactivate the software license token on is not able to be accessed or available. The manual revocation process will require a ticket to be issued in order to revoke the license, this is done via email..   2. Automatically - Which can be done by the user directly.
