How do I pull a report to show our clients with a specific alternate code?

Answer:

Open Caseware Time

Click on Clients .
Select the client you would like to set up alternate code for.

Note: Alternate Codes and Dates can be set on the code screen highlighted below.

Open a client monitor report with the following properties.
Document type : Clients
Format : Monitor

Click on Filter as highlighted above.

Note: You can create a Filter depending on what you want to see on the report.

Validate the changes by clicking on Validate.

To create alternate code filter:

Click on Alternate codes.
First click on ‘AND’ for that filter to be included in the report.

Note: Select filters depending on what you want to see in the report.

Validate and Apply the changes
Click Open

The report will give a list of clients that falls within the filters that you have created.
