Creating a new generation of users

In order to be efficient we understand that our clients need access to the right information, right when they need it in a format that suits them best. All clients can now easily search the new and improved dynamic Knowledge Base for relevant articles, which include FAQs, getting started guides, how to guides and videos (including webinar recordings) for all products.

There are three quick ways to navigate through the knowledge base; either by category on the left hand side of the page, by content type on the top of the page or simply use the dynamic search functionality to find what you need help on.

Getting started in record time

The wide range of getting started resources means that users will be able to get up and running on the software faster and in their own time. We have videos, manuals and simple work flows that will guide users from installation right through to getting up and running on all of our software. This is great for new starters as they are able to take training into their own hands and complete the steps quickly.

Product Updates

Always be on the latest product version

Users are now able to explore what’s new and keep up to date with new versions, updates, hotfixes and any service packs that have been released. Users can easily navigate through the product update pages by either using the search bar functionality or by going through the product updates section in the Community.

Logging into the community

  • Update contact and company information: Easily update your personal or company details. Updating this information ensures that when we communicate with you we have the most up-to-date details
  • View your registered users: Summarised view of who has registered a CaseWare license at your firm and how many licenses have been allocated
  • View license information: Summarised view of what software and templates you own with their installation and authorisation codes, as well as a how many licenses that have been allocated
  • Access your software: Go to this section to get your download and authorisation codes for your software. You can also get access to your company specific download packager so you can update to the latest software
  • Manage your support cases to identify training requirements: See what support cases have been logged for a more in-depth understanding of where you may have training requirements
