This course will provide you with the fundamental steps on how to draft Financials Statements, including specific attention to PFMA mapping right through to completing your GRAP Annual Financial Statements in the software.

The two-day course is specifically designed for the Public Entities that are new to CaseWare or existing users that need in-depth fundamental training on using the software.

• Creating a new CaseWare file
• Importing your Trial Balance
• Mapping your accounts to the GRAP and PFMA mapping Structure
• Understanding how to create the vote / organizational structures in CaseWare
• Preparing the lead sheets
• Using CaseWare as a document manager
• Capturing Journals in Case Ware
• Running the Financial reports in CaseWare
• Formatting your Financial reports

Please Note: The training delegate minimum requirement is 6 delegates, should we not meet this number the training will be rescheduled to the next training dates. If training is cancelled, we will inform you prior to the training date.
