How do I resolve integration errors 1003 and 1017?

  Answer:

• Ensure that any of the financial framework templates are installed (IFRS, IFRS for SME, GRAP or IPSAS).
  • Tools | Templates

 

• Reinstall the Audit International template.
• Ensure the AI file name has no special characters. If there are any special characters, remove them:
  • Engagement | Engagement properties | Name/Address | Operating name

 

• Provide full administrative rights to the client file.
  • In File Explorer, navigate to the client file location.
  • Right-click on the folder. Click on Properties.

• Go to the tab Security. Click on Edit.

 

• Click on Everyone. Tick the box next to “Full Control”
• Repeat the steps for “ALL APPLICATION PACKAGE” and “CREATE OWNER”
• Click OK. Click OK.
• Ensure the file is not read-only.
• In File Explorer, navigate to the client file location.
• Right-click on the folder. Click on Properties.

 

• Go to the General Tab. Un-tick the box next to “Read-only (applies to files and folder)”.

 

• Click Apply. Click OK.
