How do I set files to Compress when closing them?

  Answer:

Steps to follow:

  1. Click on Tools the click on Options

  1. Within General | Auto compress | Select desired option
  2. Select Prompt ( to be prompted when you close)
  3. Select yes (for files to save automatically as compressed)
  4. Select yes with sub folders (for files to save automatically as compressed with the sub folders)
