What do I do if I cannot sort sections that cover only part of another section?

  Answer:

1. Follow the steps provided in this FAQ document (However it is not guaranteed that this FAQ will work 100% of the time).
2. If the first option does not occur, you may select to follow one the 2 options are available below:
   • Perform a Copy Components of the financial statements from the main template.
   • Continue working on the financial statements without sorting them.

Steps to follow:

1. Go to the Control Page
2. Above the Control Page is a note ‘Depreciation, amortization and impairments’

3. Enter Design Mode
4. Select the label that covers the heading of the ‘Depreciation, amortization and impairments’ note

5. Right-click on the label and select ‘Modify’

6. A ‘Section’ dialogue will appear
7. Under Properties select ‘Sorting’
8. In the Sorting section un-tick ‘Enable sorting of sections’
9. Click on ‘OK’

10. You will now be able to sort the Notes to the Financial Statements
