  Answer:

1. Go into the client folder via Windows Explorer
2. Right-click View | Details
3. Arrange Icons by clicking on Type in the folder column headings
4. Delete the Caseware File “ClientFilename”.ac
5. Then locate the file Cwin32.exe from the Caseware folder (For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Caseware)
6. Copy this ac file into the corrupt client folder
7. Rename the ac file to read the client name.ac
8. Then open the file in Caseware Working Papers.
