Caseware Time | How do I correct the Installation error which states that “Cannot connect to CaseWare Time Database (too many timekeepers according to license)?

  Answer:

Pull a report with the following properties:

• The above report will show you all the active staff members. It is imperative that the number of active staff members do not exceed the license agreement. If the number of staff members exceed the agreement, follow the steps below:
• Go to Setup  and select Staff

• On the staff setup up screen mark the active client who is no longer using the program as inactive.

• The error message will then disappear when the amount of active users correspond to the license agreement.
