Caseware Time | How do I correct the error I receive when making a backup on Caseware Time?

  Answer:

When you get the above error you need check the following settings:

• Firstly make sure that everyone is logged out of the Backoffice Products (either CaseWare Time, TaxWare and SecWare) because you will need to restart the SQL services at a later stage.
• Start | Run | Sevices.msc | Services 
• Locate the insance of SQL that has the BackOffice products

• Right click on it and go to Properties, it will come up with the below screen
• Make sure that Local System account radio button is the one that is ticked like on the screen above, if its not ticked make sure to tick it.
• Click Apply and OK
• After all this is done it will require you to restart the SQL Services
• Then you can log back on CaseWare Time as a Supervisor to make your back up
