How do I filter my Taxpayer list by missing Year-Ends?

  Answer:

Follow the guidelines below to update individual or multiple taxpayer year ends in CloudTax

 

1.    Within the Practice Admin menu, select Taxpayer List

2.    Select your Taxpayer Type (Corporate, Individual or Trust)

3.    Select “With Missing Year Ends” in the Show Taxpayers filter

4.    Select the relevant year end per taxpayer from the drop-down list

 OR, you can follow these steps:

 

5.    Select the “Update Year End” from the Bulk Actions drop-down list

6.    Select the relevant year end from the drop-down list

 7.    Select “Apply To All Taxpayers”. This action will update all taxpayers based on the filter criteria with missing year ends.

This bulk process can also be actioned against selected taxpayers, by checking the relevant Taxpayer checkbox and choosing the “Apply To Selected Taxpayers” option.

8.    Taxpayer Year Ends are updated.
