SecWare | How do I create a new practice in SecWare while integrated with CaseWare Time?

  Answer:

• Open SecWare. Select File | New 

• A welcome wizard screen will pop up on your screen Select Next

• When you have Selected Next from welcome wizard screen , Select the Practice will be integrated option and Browse for the CaseWare Time File.

• File Name. Select a File Name for your Practice if you have an existing one or you can create a new one if it is your first installation | Click Save.

• Enter your username and password.

• The SQL Server instance will appear. Select Next.

• Give it a name and Select Save.

• Filter the Name and Click on Next.

• Enter the CQS standard credentials and Test the connection before you Select Finish.

• Only when the connection tested successfully, you select the Finish.

• Select Next | Finish. System Status Information should appear on your screen. Select Do Not Send Button.

• SecWare Practice will then open and require your Login Credentials.

• Click Ok Button and continue to Practice Settings screen.
