SecWare | How do I create a new template for all our entities?

  Answer:

• Open SecWare programme 
• Open one Entity
• Click on Generate

• Select Correspondence sections

• Right Click on the existing template
• Select Create correspondence group using this as a base
• Type in the name of the new template
• Save the changes

• Expand Letter template that you have created
• Right click on User defined 2 and Select File

• Select the template that you saved in SecWare.net folder
• Click on Open to save the path on User defined 2

• Expand the new template and click on the new path created
• Click on prepare to open the template
