How do I resolve the Input string is not a correct format Error I receive when logging into SecWare?

  Answer:

  • Open Control Panel   
  • Click on Region Settings as highlighted below

  • On the regional settings screen | Click on Additional settings
  • It will show up “numbers” tab
  • Set decimal symbol as (.), digital grouping (,) and list separator (;)

  • Note: These changes are also applied on “Currency tab”
  • Click apply and open Secware program
