SecWare | How do I resolve the issue where a changed entity name is still pulling through on reports incorrectly?

  Answer:

• When changing the entity name in SecWare, you change it on the Formal name (As highlighted on the picture above) 
• You will see that when you pull up your entity, it has two fields where you can enter the entity name (Name and Formal Name)
• The filed that stated Name, it’s the name that pulls through from CaseWare Time and the one stated Formal Name is the name on SecWare and also the name your reports will take.
• When you don’t have CaseWare Time, enter the entity name under Formal Name and you will also notice that the formal name is a mandatory field (Yellow field)
• And after making this changes apply and save your changes.
