SecWare | How to resolve ERROR [08001] [Microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server Driver]

I am getting the error below when attempting to login to Secware. How do I resolve it?

  Answer:

  • Ensure that the SQL services are running. (The instance and SQL Server Browser).
  • This can be done in the services screen by an I.T administrator.
