What is the difference between entity type and client type on SecWare and how can they be changed?

  Answer:

  • A SecWare Entity type is the type of organization as per registration with CIPC and Client Type is a status of the entity on Caseware Time. The Client type is automatically set to other when an entity is created on SecWare and it cannot be changed on SecWare, if integrated with Caseware Time you can change the Client type from Caseware time and the change will apply on SecWare.
