Secware | How do l convert a CC to Company?

  Answer:

• Go to Practice tab on your SecWare interface.
• Expand the Conversions folder | Click on CC to Company tab 

• Click the Entity drop down| Select the appropriate CC to be converted to Company

• Once you have selected the correct entity, Share Capital will appear on screen and apply all necessary information. To move to next step, click on the Save button at the bottom.

• A warning wizard will pop out to confirm if you want to proceed with the process. If yes, Click on Yes. The CC will be successfully converted to Company.

•  To confirm if conversion has been successful, Click on Entity tab l Pull out the entity I Confirm if Entity Type has changed to Company
