How can I fix the error I get when billing to Caseware Time from TaxWare?

  Answer:

  • The First step is to ensure that Billing Format is not set to FREE on Caseware Time billing settings.
  • To check Billing Settings Open Caseware Time.
  • Go to File and then Company Profile.

  • Under Company Profile Select the Billing Tab.

  • Note that the Billing Format field is set to FREE
  • Click on the Dropdown list and select any other billing format available
  • Click close to save changes
  • After making the changes on Caseware Time you can now go back to TaxWare and bill to Caseware with no Errors.
