What to do if you forgot your login credentials for Caseware Cloud

Your first port of call should always be your firm's Caseware Cloud Administrator. Should you be unable to contact your administrator, kindly fllow these steps:

Step 1 - From the Caseware Cloud log in screen, click on the option "Forgot your password?" option located at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2 - Type in your email address and click on "Send request"
