Steps to follow:
Click Tools | Options
Documents on the right hand side under display and print zero balances on
Deselect the following:
Financial statements formatted under trial balance / mapping report tab
General ledger
Trial balance (TB)
Instructions:
How to hide the zero balance line items on the leadsheets.
