How to remove the header on the second page of the Audit Report?

Steps to follow:

1. Open the Financial Statement
2. Click on Document | Settings and format | Report of the Independent auditors
3. Select the Header/Footer tab on the left hand side of the dialogue box.
4. Untick the option "Attach header on subsequent page(s)"
