Caseware Working Papers | How to resolve Jscript Line 572, Line 27 or Line 7 error

NB: Make sure you still have the download packager used to install the templates.
Close all instance of Caseware
Navigate to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Caseware
Double click into the following folders to delete the content inside
(DO NOT delete the folders. Delete all the CONTENT WITHIN the folder )
Template folder
Library folder
Document Library folder
Scripts folder
Provide permissions to the Caseware folder by placing the cursor on folder | Right-click and select
Properties
Select the
S
ecurity
tab | click
Edit | Permissions dialogue
will open
Select all usernames under the group or username section
Select full control on the bottom of the screen
Click
Apply

Ok
Once done go to your
Installer Packager
| Right click, run
Setup
icon |
Run as administrator
(make sure its extracted and you are running it from your local machine ).

When installing make sure you start with the old templates first and end with the new templates:
Older version of templates install first:
BizSuite
Then new versions of templates must be installed last:
SME
IFRS
