How to run the NRV extension when new updates are available

To easily extend your NRV license period and remove the license reminder notifications, the best practice would be to:

• Firstly ensure your software is on the latest version.  (The updated version of the Caseware Working Papers can be accessed via the Caseware Africa Success Community, on the My Software page,  after logging into the Caseware Africa Success Community).
• Then download the extension then double-click on the icon, depending on your security settings you may receive the following message. Click on Yes.

 

• The Caseware – InstallShield wizard will pop up and start running.

 

• Click on Next to start the installation

 

• Once Installation is complete, click on Finish
