XBRL | What to do when your are online but still get an offline notification

This guide will provide your IT Administrator steps on resolving the "You are offline" notification when using the latest financial statements templates. If you are connected to the internet but your setting have blocked Caseware Working Papers from accessing the internet, use the following options to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Open Administrative Tools \| Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. Click Inbound Rules. On the Actions pane, click New Rule Open port 80 for HTTP access. Repeat step 3 to open port 443 for HTTPS access.	Please whitelist below URLS from your Windows Firewall and Antivirus.	Add the following to your Antivirus exceptions/exclusions:
