Financial Statements | XBRL | How to resolve diagnostics error: "Does not specify a valid entity"

Go to engagement tab and select engagement properties and ensure you are under the name/address tab

  • Remove any special characters and spacing you may have in the operating name (Operating input field)
  • Click OK to save
  • Go back into the financial statements.
  • Re-export to the financials statement to iXBRL
