ITR14 | How do I activate the Create Button if it is disabled?

In some cases, the below create (Blue plus) button will not be enabled.

There are several reasons why this might be the case. They include:
  • Either the upcoming tax year has not commenced and will only become available when the tax is open for submissions. 
  • It could be that the Tax Practitioner doesn’t have the Corporate Tax Product assigned to their profile that allows for the creation and submissions of ITR14. Simply contact your CaseWare Africa Account Manager to have this activated.  
  • The tax year does not fall within your client’s Admin Start / End year. Please select the correct admin start/end year as shown below:
