How do I request my firm's download and/or authorisation code?

Answer:

The software and codes are distributed by the firm champion. If you are the firm champion, IT contact or main CaseWare contact, use the following steps:

NOTE: To access the following you will require a Community login. Click here for guidance on how to request a Community login.

Log into the CaseWare Africa Success Community
Click on the drop-down menu next to your name to access the My Software page.
You will see your download and authorisation code displayed on the right-hand side.

NOTE: For additional licenses or to extend existing licenses, please contact your Caseware account manager.
